Photography Pricing:
$195 for 6 photos (suitable for studios/1 bedrooms)
$275 for 8 photos (suitable for 2 bedrooms)
$350 for 12 photos (suitable for 3+ bedrooms)
$550 for 15-20 photos (recommended for townhouses)
Floor Plan Pricing:
$200 for the first 1,000 sq ft.
$75 for each addtl. 500 sq. Ft.
Turnaround time for photos & plans is 2 business days.
Our Photography and Floor Plan service is available in New York City only, and includes the final photos and floor plans digitized with basic retouching. We honor minor retouching corrections on photos and floor plans at no additional cost. Object Removal and Virtual Staging is not included in our Photography and Floor Plan service. Turnaround time for photos and floor plans is 2 business days. Please note that any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a $150 cancellation charge.
